Agri-food safety optimized by blockchain technology: review

چکیده
Blockchain technology is a distributed database, an innovation tool in the agri-food supply chain processes such as production, distribution, marketing. In this research work, blockchain application security was evaluated, establishing best conditions for its adoption companies, proposal synthesizes contributions disruptive technology, this, information collected from period 2018-2020 Scopus and Web of Science bases, performing analysis using Atlas TI 8.4 software, focus on network codes suggested by some authors. It found that contribution years study traceability 26%, 17.5%, technological development 10.4%, trust 9.8%, among others. concluded theoretical link between chains, sector essential to certify interest stakeholder group. This because transcendental element food safety system allows guaranteeing control when are being recorded enriching databases, which can be available final consumer check details production cycle elements generate competitiveness companies with their procedures, promote high levels transparency, data security, decentralization, other terms associated trust, better relationship developed greater number sale increasing profitability.
